All reservation deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are used to hold a specific kitten and remove it from public availability. However, deposits may be transferred to another available kitten or future litter at our discretion.
Every kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care and is provided with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming records, and a health certificate.
We require all buyers to have their kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. If a serious congenital or hereditary condition is diagnosed during this period, written documentation from the examining veterinarian must be provided.
If a licensed veterinarian confirms a severe congenital or hereditary condition covered under our health guarantee, Cat Kitten Store may offer one of the following remedies:
The buyer is responsible for providing proper nutrition, housing, veterinary care, vaccinations, and general wellness after taking possession of the kitten.
This guarantee does not cover illnesses or injuries resulting from accidents, neglect, improper care, environmental factors, or conditions acquired after the kitten leaves our care.
Transportation and delivery fees are non-refundable once travel arrangements have been confirmed and scheduled.
If, at any time, an owner is unable to keep their kitten, we encourage them to contact us first. We are committed to the lifelong welfare of our kittens and will gladly assist in finding an appropriate solution whenever possible.
Cat Kitten Store reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect existing adoption agreements.
